I like how you put in so much effort in creating healthy and nutritious meal. Good move in using passion fruits juice as the salad dressing (from my colleague)

Claire. thanks so much for your encouraging comment! It really means a lot to me. Especially when what this actualy means is more Msians now recognize that eating healthy is also about the quality of the nutrients we put in our body, not just restricting calories or limiting to certain categories of food. Once we recognise this, how much more delicious, flavorful, how varied the meals we can enjoy wil surprise us! There is really no deprivation moving from here... our body is not deprived, so is our tastebuds! :)

It's in depriving our body of nutrients that cause us to gain weight, not the other way round. When our body is deprived, that is where intense cravings comes in, leavin us hungry angry (HANGRY), automatically leading us to either high carbs, high sugar foods which quickly spike our sugar stores only to crash later again. This is the danger zone we often put our body to at least once a day usually in the mid-noon that can leave us overweight. Nourish is not about consuming rich, high calories foods. As long we consume wholefoods, as long as our calories per day range from 1600-2200 (depending on gender, age, height, sedentary or active), we should be fine. Strict specific calorie-counting can become a chore after a while, that is 1 of the reason why it always fails. N it takes away the JOY OF EATING DELICIOUS MEALS ;)

Well the food is nice and my gf loves it, the only issue is kind of Super cold when reached. Overall 3.5star burger.
