A DELICIOUS excuse to eat sesame seeds & salad.

Tahini is basically ground sesame seeds. This seed contains 1 of the densest protein among seed. It also has 1 of the most abundant zinc, magnesium, calcium, manganase & copper content... therefore consuming sesame is beneficial to skin, bone, joints, blood pressure, heart health & even DIABETES ! Its oil is rancid resistant & anti-inflammatory.

Besides Dijonmustard, garlic & onions, this dressing also include raw applecider vinegar & nutritional yeast making it another flavorful & nutrient-dense dressing from my kitchen!

    One of the tastiest salads i've eaten =) Only thing is i wish there was a comment tab so that i can indicate what i'd like left out of it. For instance, i like the idea of the pesto salad but i don't like seaweed but there's no way for me to request for it to be left out. Will definitely order this again, though!

      Hi Jennifer, many thanks for your comment & so glad you enjoy it. It's also a very healthy dressing too with apple cider vinegar which gives it the tangy taste, sesame seeds to provide the clean protein & essential minerals & nutritional yeast, a rich source of complex Bs. It's also 1 of my favorite creamy dressings besides the vegan pinenut caesar. Vegan pesto is my attempt to create a lighter & healthier version of the regular heavy cheesy pesto. Surprisingly it end-up tasting great. I would like you to try this dressing, so i will omit the seaweed for your sake when you put in an order for pesto salad ; ) I will take note definitely!
