The lean beef is soft, goes very well with the taste gravy. My meal came with with a side of lettuce leaf salad, which alas doesn't do too well with microwaving to reheat it.

Oh dear. Some "rice' meals do come with a small side salad to make it a more balanced meal. If this is the case, pls remove the vege from the container before microwave. Vegetables is full of co-factors nutrients in the form of vitamins & minerals. In order for our body to absord proteins & nutrients especially from meat source, we need these co-factors. Also only plant-based food contain phytonutrients,(class of potent antioxidant nutrients) not found in meat & dairy products. But to get more of these nutrients you would hav to eat bigger portion of vege. Hope you will try my salad 1 day! Psst.. my homemade dressings r created to giv a unique taste...
