From writeup in MarieClaire review -
"Clean-eating does not mean we have to limit ourselves to salads, sandwiches (which may sometimes end-up more unhealthy than rice), oats porridge (bleech!) & other tasteless boring foods.

Com'on, we are Asians, we need to 'spice' up our life sometimes, or if you are like me, most of the time.

What if you still get to eat the ALL TIME Malaysian favorite without the guilt? Yeap, that is why I created a Healthy version of 'NASI' LEMAK 2 years ago & thanks to YUMCIOUS, you can now access to it!

This 'Nasi' Lemak is created to not only satisfy your lunch-time spicy cravings but may help to reduce that mid afternoon 3-4pm 'crash' after a rice meal.

Instead of sugar-spiking white rice you will be enjoying high-fiber complex carbs of quinoa, buckwheat & millet...
Fat-burning complex carbs vs fat-storing simple carbs! These 3 superfoods are also packed with nutrients much lacking in our diet like complex Bs for fat metabolism & magnesium for stabilising blood sugar.
Quinoa & buckwheat are complete protein but less dense so it is easier on your digestion.

There are 10 health-protective spices used in our unique homemade rendang paste. Virgin coconut oil is used.

And of course... there is that juicy rendang Kampung aka free-range chicken to enjoy without reservations... "

Tq so much for another awesome review! You are spot on your comment on taste, nutrition & fullness/satiety... exactly the 3 things i strive to achieve for every meal... and when my customer eats my food & knows it, the feeling is over the moon!

The quinoa mixed was a bit dry but because I think it wasn't a major issue as there was also rendang and sambal as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the rendang was absolutely delicious.

Tq so much Fatin for yr review. So glad you enjoyed the rendang. Our aim is to make our rendang more flavorful by using 10 spices & blending it using the Vitamix blender. On the quinoa, it's actualy harder & drier than rice, cos' technically it's actualy a seed, not a grain. We in fact add buckwheat & millet (hence 'MixedQuinoa') to it to get an overall softer texture. We will take note on the dryness though for next time : )
