The quinoa mixed was a bit dry but because I think it wasn't a major issue as there was also rendang and sambal as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the rendang was absolutely delicious.

Tq so much Fatin for yr review. So glad you enjoyed the rendang. Our aim is to make our rendang more flavorful by using 10 spices & blending it using the Vitamix blender. On the quinoa, it's actualy harder & drier than rice, cos' technically it's actualy a seed, not a grain. We in fact add buckwheat & millet (hence 'MixedQuinoa') to it to get an overall softer texture. We will take note on the dryness though for next time : )
